Travelling the old way

Travelling the old way on camel back or actually, because of the one bump, on a dromedary. The sun is hot, very hot, the sand is deep and the hills are high, but for the dromedary it is not a problem. Slow but steadily in its characteristic movement it reaches seemingly effortless the top. Not like the easy walk of a horse but moving each leg separate. Sometimes it suddenly plummets forwards when going down the slope.Sitting high on its back with the saddle handle firm in hand the surrounding desert dunes provide an amazing sight, combined with the setting of the sun the landscape is just fantastic.
