This mama bear choose to follow her 2 cubs into the tree. Falsely feeling safe from tourist.Did she choose to attack, it would have been killed by conservation warden. And also her 2 bubs being orphaned or facing a certain death through starvation. Enough bears facing the treat of death by mismanagement of the environment.
