Skin Deep

This ongoing series called 'Skin Deep', is my own personal way of rebelling against the man-made boundaries and limitations I had to face growing up as a male in a conservative environment that did not have a lot of give and safe-space for authentic self-expression. By channeling my own hidden emotions, desires and qualities by creating imagery where male passing individuals are styled in a way that is associated with femininity, I’m learning to escape the deep set psychological prison I created for myself by breaking down the walls frame by frame.
