Aquarium

his is an image I took almost a 2 weeks ago in Lake Louise (Fairview Mountain in the background). It was so awesome to have these epic conditions because only a week before the lake was still frozen and right now the lake is completely defrosted. It is only for a few days that it will have this deep blue/green colour. Then, the silt pours in and the colour of the lake will gradually turns into its well know emerald. In this image you can see the rocks in the water so clear, it’s almost like looking through a piece of glass in an aquarium. These conditions won’t be for long though because with the increasing level of silt in the water, it also becomes less and less clearer every day.
