Sascha hi! Sorry for the late reply! It was a mad week. Motto )))) I prefer rather Moto then Motto! ))) I just try to move my legs everyday, independently forward or backward. That keeps me conscious. Authenticity is a big word! But as a word, remains just a word. I've never met anyone who could have answered - what does it mean finally "To be authentic you".
